Electrolysis sessions are booked by length. The 15-minute session is listed at $45, the session labeled 30 minutes at $75, the one labeled 45 minutes at $95, and the one labeled 60 minutes at $115, each with a slightly longer booked time than its label. New clients book a consultation with their first appointment. The consultation is listed at no charge, takes ten minutes, and covers how the process works and any questions a client has.

Clients are asked to stop shaving two days before an appointment. A late cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged half the service price, a no-show is charged the full price, and a late cancellation or no-show on a package uses up one session. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200, or a custom amount, and are final once sold.

Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. UPMC and Highmark are accepted. Because plans differ, clients are advised to check whether their plan covers hair removal.
