Advanced Aesthetics is a plastic surgery practice on Conroy Windermere Road in Orlando. The practice calls itself the largest premier plastic surgery clinic in Orlando and says it draws patients from around the world. Its surgeons weigh form and proportion as carefully as surgical technique when planning a procedure.

The surgical menu covers the face, breasts and body. Listed procedures include facelifts, neck lifts, eyelid surgery, brow lifts, nose surgery, breast augmentation, breast lifts, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast revision, male breast reduction, arm lifts, liposuction, tummy tucks and mommy makeovers.

Liposuction targets stubborn fat pockets that don't respond well to diet and exercise. Treatable zones include the neck and cheeks, arms, abdomen and waist, back and flanks, buttocks, hips and thighs, and knees and ankles. Most cases are outpatient surgery done under general anesthesia: the surgeon makes small incisions and uses a slim hollow tube connected to a suction device to remove the fat. Swelling and bruising typically fade within roughly two weeks. The treatment is not meant for weight loss or for cellulite. Ideal candidates are described as close to their ideal weight, in good overall health, and free of pre-existing health conditions. Before surgery, patients should stop aspirin and ibuprofen at least two weeks ahead, quit smoking two weeks prior, avoid alcohol for one week, skip lotions on the morning of surgery, and arrange transport home. Recovery involves resting, wearing compression garments, taking prescribed medication, limiting activity, and attending follow-up visits with the surgeon. The price is set by how many areas are treated and how much fat is removed. Health insurers typically don't cover liposuction because it is classed as cosmetic.

Non-surgical options include Botox and filler injections, laser hair removal and electrolysis, TriPollar radio frequency for skin tightening and cellulite, and Vampire Facelift PRP, which uses the patient's own plasma. The practice says it is the only facility in Orlando that delivers PRP injections through both a mesogun and a dermaroller. Injectable prices vary by product, number of areas treated and amount of correction needed.

Free consultations are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Cherry financing offers 0% APR options for eligible patients and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%; the financing page states approvals of up to $65,000 and no hidden fees. The practice says it is a fully accredited surgical facility with AAAASF-accredited surgical suites, an in-office surgical recovery area and post-surgical follow-up rooms.
