The owner has worked in hair since 1999, and her haircutting training traces back to Vidal Sassoon. Ongoing education has come through Aveda Institute London, Redken in New York and Paul Mitchell in North America. Her commercial clients have included Wells Fargo Bank and Kelloggs, she has taken on editorial assignments for Vogue Magazine, and she works in mixed media alongside her salon work.

Every service includes a shampoo and blow-dry along with the cut, color or blonding itself. Blonding visits are the longest, running about 3 to 5 hours depending on the service. Root touch-ups take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours, and the Show Me The Money face-framing highlight service takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Toner is a one-hour service that adds natural or more visible tones, and hair must already be bleached or dyed for it.

Hours are Wednesday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the studio closed Sunday through Tuesday. A credit card on file is required to book. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice for appointments longer than 2 hours and 24 hours for other appointments, and late or missed cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. Parking is available at street meters at $1.25 per hour with time limits from 15 minutes to 2 hours, or in the Paseo Colorado Parking Structure across the street at $1.50 per 30 minutes with a $9 daily maximum without validation.
