The studio describes its wig line as known for quality, beauty and transformation.

Custom pieces come in four types. Simply You units are handcrafted in their natural raw color and, according to the studio, last three to four years and take about three weeks to make. The Original is built for everyday wear, lasts three to four years with proper maintenance, takes three to four weeks, and can be customized with closures or frontals sourced from vendors in India and Southeast Asia for additional color options. Custom Hairline units are made from molds of the client's hairline and use very thin film lace imported from the UK; they usually take about three months, are not recommended for daily wear, and can last five years or more with occasional strand or lace repair. U-Part and V-Part hair systems blend with the client's parted leave-out area and can be shifted to match the part, which suits clients not yet ready for lace. All custom units are handmade and glueless.

Ordering begins with a quote request form, where clients can upload photos. Half wigs start from $685 before sale pricing.

Clients can pay with Affirm or Afterpay at checkout. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $500 and $1,000 amounts or another amount, and they never expire. The website lists a return policy and a shipping policy.
