The menu covers classic, hybrid, volume and wispy/strip-style sets, fills for keeping a set in shape, and a removal service for clients who want their extensions taken off.

Full sets take about 2 hours 45 minutes and fills about 1 hour 30 minutes. Classic sets place one extension on each healthy natural lash, with fullness based on how healthy those natural lashes are. Hybrid sets combine half classic lashes with half volume fans, volume sets give full coverage with a uniform look, and wispy/strip-style sets are freestyled for a dramatic look that resembles strip lashes. Each lash extension service carries a $10.00 booking charge, and removal is priced as varies.

Before a first appointment, clients complete an intake form covering allergies, eye conditions, medications, sleep position, glasses or contacts, and whether the lashes are for daily wear or a special occasion. Contacts must be removed before service, and clients must be 18 or older or have a parent present who consents. The form also asks whether clients agree to before and after photos for documentation, advertising and promotion. It notes that the bonding agent's fumes can cause irritation, itching or burning, and that results vary with eye shape and natural lash quantity.

Fills should be booked within 2-3 weeks of the original set, while at least 50% of the extensions remain, and clients are typically advised to book a fill every 2-3 weeks. Aftercare instructions are provided, since water, moisture, weather and high heat affect how long extensions last.

Set fullness and style are tied to the health and amount of each client's natural lashes, and the intake form is reviewed before any service.
