Pricing is listed per service, and the menu covers a wide range: simple basic ponytails and no-stitch feed-ins at the lower end, and fine or micro work such as micro braids, messy minis and small Senegalese or knotless styles at the higher end. Sizes are named in the listing, so clients can match a style to the amount of time and hair they want to commit to.

Several policies shape how appointments run. Braided services need hair at least three inches long. A shampoo is included with most appointments unless the service says otherwise. For locs, micro braids and crochet, each service states whether hair or extensions are included or must be supplied by the client. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which an appointment is cancelled automatically. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice through the link in the confirmation, and deposits are lost for changes inside that window. Payment is accepted in cash, by Zelle, or by credit or debit card.

Locs with matting or joined roots need photos before booking. Separating, detangling or repairs cost extra and are confirmed before service. Clients experiencing thinning, hair loss or alopecia should contact the business before booking for a consultation, in person or virtual. Touch-ups redo three rows around the head, and braids must be removed before that appointment.
