Hair colour is a major part of the menu, with balayage, foil highlights, full head colour, toners and retouches, plus colour correction that is priced after a consultation. Hair extensions also begin with a consultation and are placed with BELLAMI, Babe and Great Lengths products, using hand tied, fusion, flat-tip, microlink (I-tip) or tape-in methods. Olaplex treatments and conditioning masks are available, and the salon says it uses premium hair brands exclusively.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, wet volume and handmade volume styles, with full sets starting at $140, $170, $180 and $190 respectively. Infills start at $50 for mini classic and $65 for mini hybrid, and longer infills cost more. Brow, lash and brow-and-lash tints are also offered, along with a wide range of spa waxing from the face and arms to Brazilian and full body services. The Cove Brow Pencil can be ordered online for $13 shipping.

Each visit includes a complimentary glass of wine and a sweet treat. Parking is free with no time limit. Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead by phone or email. Late cancellations add a 50% fee to the next visit, and no-shows or missed appointments without notice are charged the full booked amount before rebooking. Arriving 15 minutes after the appointment time is generally too late, so guests are asked to call and the salon will help or reschedule.

The salon describes itself as ethically responsible and environmentally sustainable, and says it welcomes everyone.
