The color menu includes highlights, partial highlights, lowlights, balayage, all-over color, toning, and root touch-ups. Lightener retouches are offered for clients who are mostly blonde and have four to six weeks of regrowth. New guests can book color and highlight packages that bundle a haircut, a blowout and a maintenance plan, and a consultation is included in haircut, color and lightening appointments. Color corrections, uneven color to start, moves from very dark to very light, and extension services require a consultation first. New clients booking a transformation or color correction are asked to pay a $150 deposit.

Brow services include brow tinting, brow maintenance and waxing combined with tinting. Styling covers blowouts, updos, formal styles and bridal hair, including bridal trials and day-of service. Clients are asked not to bring other people to appointments, and anyone unhappy with their results is asked to contact their stylist within a week of the visit. Appointments should be changed or cancelled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price. Kevin Murphy products are available to buy online through the salon's shop.
