Every look begins with a conversation about the bride's vision and what she wants to feel on the day. Products, prep and styling methods are then adjusted to each client's hair type before a personalized style is designed. Romantic updos and vintage curls are among the on-location wedding styles offered. About 30 days before the wedding, a customized morning timeline is drawn up with a 30-minute buffer built in, and touch-ups are included at the end of the service window. Brides are advised to book a trial about two to three months ahead. Date inquiries receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours, and reserving a date requires a signed contract and a $100 deposit. Because peak-season weekends fill quickly, brides often book nine to twelve months out. Saturdays are kept for weddings, and weekend weddings and on-location bookings require a minimum of five services.

Clients who come to the Virginia Beach studio get a private, one-on-one appointment. Beyond bridal work, the studio styles hair for proms, galas and photoshoots in the studio, and may travel for special event styling on request. Hair and makeup packages for weddings and events are available through a partnership with Hailey's Artistry, which works from the same studio. The salon menu covers haircuts for men and women, custom color, Brazilian Blowouts and hair extensions.
