Clients book with a deposit, and the balance is paid in person at the appointment.
Booking requires a $40 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service. Clients must be 18 or older to book; anyone under 18 needs written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Extra guests and children are not permitted, and bringing one adds a $10 fee.
Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early with clean lashes and no eye makeup. If lashes need cleaning before the service, a $15 fee is added to the balance. Parking is not free, and parking fees apply. Cell phone use and moving around during the service can delay the appointment.
Touch-ups are recommended within two to three weeks. A lash set more than three weeks old is treated as a new set, with no exceptions.
