Root retouches run from $75 to $90, partial foil highlights from $120 to $220, full foil highlights from $170 to $220, and balayage from $275 to $350. Haircut and finishing options include clipper cuts, wash and blow dries, wash, cut and style, and special occasion styling. Smoothing choices are the Brazilian Blowout, the Keratin Treatment and the Keratin Express Blowout.

According to the salon, it uses top-of-the-line brands and offers bespoke treatments. Prices are subject to change.

The salon is open Monday and Tuesday 9AM to 6PM, Wednesday 9AM to 5PM, Thursday and Friday 9AM to 8PM, Saturday 8AM to 5PM and Sunday 10AM to 6PM. Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment, switch off cell phones on arrival, and leave children at home, since children are not permitted in the salon. Spa guests receive a locker with a key for their belongings, though the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Booking terms: cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are charged at full value. Gift cards can only be redeemed at the time of service and are non-refundable or can be exchanged for cash. Retail products cannot be refunded, but exchanges are accepted within 14 days with a receipt. Service issues need to be reported within 5 days of the appointment. An 18% gratuity is added for parties of four or more. MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover are accepted.
