Appointments can be booked online. Several services list their own timing, so a visit can be planned around the length of the service. Clients who cancel are asked to give at least 12 hours' notice.
Beyond client services, the business teaches nail technology. Options include individual beginner training of about five hours, a group beginner course of about eight and a half hours that covers what is needed to start a nail career, and advanced one-on-one training on a chosen technique or design. The advanced course also covers business topics such as managing money and staff and preparing for end-of-year taxes. Beginner individual training includes training materials and an Adore Nails gift bag, and the advanced course includes a gift bag too.
