The practice is led by medical director and owner Heather Zade. Its stated goal is to enhance a client's natural features rather than change how they look. Injectables are central to the menu: neurotoxin treatments using BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport and Jeuveau for areas such as crow's feet, the lip flip, the chin, DAOs, platysmal bands and neck lines; hyaluronic acid fillers for lips, cheeks, jawline, chin and smile lines; Kybella; QWO; and microneedling paired with PRP or PRF.

Neurotoxin injections are tailored to each person and given with an ultra-fine needle, taking about 15 to 20 minutes per area with no downtime. Filler appointments run about 30 to 45 minutes. The site describes typical timing: neurotoxin effects begin within 3 to 5 days and show fully by 7 to 10 days, lasting about three to four months. After filler, swelling may last 3 to 7 days and final results appear after 2 to 3 weeks; intense exercise is advised against for 24 to 48 hours, and Arnica is recommended for bruising. Kybella results begin within four to six weeks, with full effect around eight weeks. Bruising is possible after neurotoxin, so the site suggests planning about two weeks ahead of events.
