The salon's services are grouped into braids, dread locs, natural protective styles, extensions, hair bundles, wigs, hair styling, chemical services, shampoo and blow dry, hair and scalp health, lashes and cosmetics.

The salon says it puts the health of clients' hair ahead of the style. Before color, it may recommend a treatment first. It also notes that some styles are not possible on hair that is thin, damaged, over-processed, shedding or has severe scalp issues. Clients are asked to share their hair and medical history, including chemical services and medications, before any chemical service.

Booking is set up in advance. A $75 non-refundable deposit is needed to schedule an appointment, plus state taxes, and deposits go toward the service. Clients upload a state-issued ID to book and pay upfront by debit card or Zelle, with an optional tip added at booking. Appointments can be rescheduled once free of charge, and changes or cancellations are best made within 48 hours to avoid a $35 cancellation fee. Late arrivals of 15 minutes incur a $35 fee, and the appointment is canceled after a 15-minute grace period.

The salon also offers home visits, with a traveling fee charged. It sells clothing, cosmetic products and hair products, and runs an online beauty supply store through an external vendor website. Clothing returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is in great condition, and cosmetic and hair product sales are final.
