Facials are customized to specific concerns. A standard customized facial takes 60 minutes, while a customized facial with beard care takes 75 minutes and gives extra attention to the beard area. New clients have a lower introductory price for the customized facial and for the beard care version. The new-client facial includes a cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a relaxing massage and a mask. Back facials are offered for back dryness, hyperpigmentation, irritation or acne.

The waxing menu covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, stomach, chest, back, neck and intimate areas, with services ranging from a 10-minute sideburn or lip wax to a 85-minute full leg wax. Hard wax, soft wax and strip sugar are offered for the Brazilian. Intimate care includes a vajacial, with or without a wax. Combined packages bundle several waxes together: the Posh Package covers brows, underarms and Brazilian, the Vixen adds half leg, and the Bombshell covers brows, underarms, Brazilian and full leg.

Prepaid options include a Brazilian Flash Pass (four Brazilian waxes for $228), a Vajacial with Wax Flash Pass (four sessions for $375) and a Customized Facial Package (four sessions for $275). Gift cards are available.

Booking requires a valid card. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment; it can also be arranged in person. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows, same-day cancellations and cancellations within 24 hours. Grace periods are 5 minutes for appointments of 20 minutes or less and 10 minutes for services of 30 minutes or more. Clients who need to change a visit should call or text. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Thursday.
