The lash menu runs from classic and hybrid sets to volume, wispy, cat-eye and colored styles, along with lash lifts and fills. The brow menu includes microblading, ombre shading, lip blushing, brow lamination, henna-tinted airbrush brows and waxing.

The salon was founded by LaToya Williams-Boyd, who also founded Addictive Beauty Academy at the same address to train young women to make a career from their interest in beauty. The academy offers a 220-hour state-approved aesthetician program listed at $3,850, which qualifies graduates to apply for the Florida Aesthetician (Facial Specialist) license. Its lash courses, Wispy Volume at $450 and Classic at $350, each run eight hours and include a professional lash kit, hybrid technique, mapping and fanning, sanitation, business and marketing, and a class test with certification. Training dates are announced on Instagram Stories, and students receive a call within 24 hours of booking to confirm the date.

Booking must be made by 8:00 PM the day before an appointment, and later next-day requests are canceled. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $10 fee, and arriving 15 minutes or more late requires rescheduling. Cancellations made on the same day or within the same hour are charged 50% of the booked service, and 24 hours' notice is required. Early morning, evening and all Saturday slots are for services of $100 or more. College students and teenagers must show a valid school ID or verify through their login to receive the discounted rate, and clients are asked to arrive with a clean face. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The business says it is committed to quality and guarantees its products at 100% satisfaction. Lash clients are advised to avoid hot steam and warm water for the first 24 to 48 hours, wash extensions daily, and avoid oil, rubbing, sleeping on lashes and chemical peels or facials near the lashes. The business says lashes can last up to five weeks with proper care. Retail products are sold for store exchange only, and returns must be unused and in original packaging.
