The studio's menu runs from single-process services such as cuts, blowdries and wash-and-go curl definition to longer color and chemical services such as balayage, all-over color transformations, relaxers and keratin straightening. Several services need a first step: first-time color clients book a color consultation on a separate day from their color appointment, and extension clients book a consultation before any installation.

Visits are scheduled in blocks that reflect the work involved. Many color and straightening appointments run from 2.5 to 4 hours or more, and pricing for several services is a starting point. Curly cuts start at $125 and vary with hair density, the products needed and drying time. Shampoo and blowdry services start at $40, with hot tools charged as an extra.

Cancellation terms are set out in advance. Changes made 12 to 24 hours before an appointment are charged 50 percent of the scheduled services, and cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows are charged the full amount. A valid card must be on file for every booking.

Hours are Tuesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday through Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. The booking profile shows 30 reviews.

Hair health comes first, and color is built for each client while keeping the hair's structure intact.
