The practice describes itself as a medical longevity and aesthetics practice rather than a spa or med spa. Its name comes from the Irish Áth Dara, which translates roughly to the ford of the oak.

The practice was founded by Trudy Fehlinger, who serves as Founder and CEO and whose vision was shaped by her own experiences working through the traditional medical system, and by Charles Fehlinger, who helped build the spaces and systems from the ground up. Trudy is involved in shaping the clinical philosophy, guest experience and community partnerships.

A visit usually begins with a consultation. Options include a 50 dollar, 30-minute skin analysis with a master esthetician, a 30-minute aesthetics evaluation with an injector, and consultations at 100 dollars for topics such as body contouring, hormone restoration, peptide therapy, weight loss and wellness. Patients who bring their own recent labs can book a consultation for 250 dollars. For diagnostic work, most clients have a simple blood draw at a convenient lab. The basic comprehensive panel covers more than 75 biomarkers, and ADARE says it tests more than 100 in total. Results typically return within 5 to 7 business days, and protocols are re-tested and adjusted as client data changes.

ADARE's services fall under five areas: Diagnostic Testing, Wellness & Longevity, Aesthetic Medicine, Body Contouring, and Recovery & Performance. According to ADARE, there is no fixed menu; each plan is shaped around the client's lab results, medical history and goals. Services are open to both men and women. Memberships start at $99 a month and include member pricing on individual services, priority booking, early access to new treatments and seasonal care reminders. Members also get 10% off retail skincare and supplements. ADARE states that its two studios provide the same standard of care.

Booking can be done online, or by calling the studio directly. A 50 dollar reservation fee is charged at booking and applied toward the visit. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50 dollar fee. Late arrivals are accommodated when possible, though service length and availability are at the practice's discretion and may require rescheduling. The studios are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with evening and weekend appointments available by request. ADARE does not bill insurance but accepts HSA and FSA payments for eligible services and provides superbills on request. Aesthetic treatments are not covered by insurance. New clients receive 15% off their first service, and telehealth virtual care is available to Florida residents.

Care is measurement-first: each plan follows a consultation and lab review, is built around the client's history and goals rather than a standard menu, and is refined over time as the data changes. Every protocol is designed, delivered and reviewed by licensed clinicians.

The rooms are quiet and carefully finished, meant to feel more like private studios than clinics.
