Bookings are organized by style. Braid options include knotless, box, butterfly, cornrow and stitch, crochet, boho, mermaid or boho with raw hair, and French curl or beach wave styles, plus kids braids and half-and-half looks. Twist options include Senegalese, passion, Marley, and bulk afro kinky twists, and there are also butterfly locs, locs, miracle knots, and ponytails.

Clients need to arrive with hair clean, detangled, washed within the last two days, blow-dried, and free of products, because the stylist does not wash hair. Appointments start at 9:00 AM Monday through Thursday and at 8:00 AM Friday and Saturday, and there are no Sunday appointments. Service times are estimates that depend on hair length, thickness, and condition. Only a child receiving services may bring a guest. Clients can work remotely during appointments, with free secure Wi-Fi, and parking is available in a 24-hour space or on the street without blocking the driveway. Pets are not allowed.

To book, a non-refundable $53 deposit is required, with $50 applied to the service and $3 covering the transaction fee. A $20 consultation is available by text after booking a consultation appointment, and clients with alopecia need a video consultation before booking a service. Cancellations and reschedules must be made through the booking website at least 48 hours ahead, and a 10-minute grace period applies before a $30 late fee or cancellation with the deposit forfeited. Final payment is cash only. Questions can be sent by text or phone, usually answered within 1 to 48 hours, and clients planning for an event should book at least one day ahead.
