Treatments pair Traditional Chinese Medicine with massage, including lymphatic drainage, guasha, cupping, stone therapy and devices. The menu runs from therapeutic body and foot massage for muscle ache, to medical-style healing massages for specific areas such as the abdomen, breast or limbs, to pregnancy and post-natal massage, couple and group sessions, and myofascial work aimed at sports and focused areas. Advance bookings require a $40 deposit for a one-hour session. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, since sessions end on schedule. Before a visit, the spa asks clients to avoid heavy meals, very cold drinks, cold showers or baths, and strong air conditioning during and after treatment, and to skip heavy makeup and strong perfume. Clients who are pregnant, have heart or kidney failure, open wounds or active infections are asked to consult a doctor or avoid certain treatments first.

A Health/Beauty Retreat loyalty membership gives members one session a month over a six-month term, for $40 for a one-hour body massage, facial or body exfoliate, with 90-minute and two-hour options at $60 and $80 a month. Memberships are bought in store. Gift cards can be bought online or in store and have no cash value and are non-refundable.
