Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is credited toward services; consultations and follow-up visits are excluded. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early and to call if they are running late. A first no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 business hours ahead costs $25, and the deposit is not refunded for a no-show or a cancellation under 24 hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Sunday by appointment. Injectable, laser, facial and peel treatments are final sale once completed, and payment is for the treatment performed rather than a guaranteed result.
