New clients fill out a consultation form, and the team contacts them to schedule a consultation. Acne and rosacea consultations can be booked by calling or texting the studio, and virtual consultations are offered by live video, with virtual clients able to start online. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pricing is shown during booking.
Treatments are grouped by concern. Acne and rosacea sessions range from a 30-minute soothing treatment with LED Light Therapy to a 60-minute deep cleansing session with professional extractions, and a medium-depth corrective chemical peel is offered after a consultation. Anti-aging and hyperpigmentation services cover brightening, hydration and maintenance visits that use dermaplaning, peptide therapy and the Jet Clear add-on. Advanced treatments include keratolytic exfoliation and microneedling, alone or combined.
The salon also provides a cellular health option: an at-home Balance Test that uses a finger-prick sample to measure the fatty-acid profile in the blood, including the ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3. Clients go over their results with the studio to inform nutrition and lifestyle decisions, and the studio recommends retesting roughly 120 days later to track changes. According to the studio, a healthy fatty-acid ratio contributes to skin barrier function, hydration and the body's inflammation response.
The studio assesses acne and rosacea on a clinical grading scale, Grade 1 to 4 for acne and stage 1 to 4 for rosacea, and says it aims at root causes such as congestion, yeast, inflammation and impurities. Its skin care is science-based, built on personalized testing and education.
