The site dates the practice to 2016, and its founder has since managed and operated medical spas across New York before setting up ACE as a boutique and concierge business.

ACE has two boutique locations, one in Warren, New Jersey and one on Madison Avenue in New York City. Visits are by appointment only, Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Every new client begins with a private consultation covering goals, facial features and medical history before any treatment is planned. The initial consultation can produce a custom plan with curated packages and flexible payment options, and many treatments can be done the same day.

Concierge visits bring treatments to a client's home, office or another chosen setting in New Jersey and New York, with equipment brought on site. A location-based travel fee is quoted in advance. The practice also offers Botox parties, and it hosts private parties, corporate wellness events, bridal parties, pop-up or brand activations, and collaborations on request.

A deposit is required to reserve each appointment and is applied toward the treatment. The site asks for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, and changes inside that window forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Treatments rendered are non-refundable, and payment is due in full at the time of service. Major credit cards, checks, CareCredit and Cherry financing are accepted.

The practice also runs one-to-one training for MDs, PAs, NPs and RNs at various stages of their aesthetics careers, held at the Warren and Madison Avenue locations. Sessions cover facial assessment, treatment planning, injection technique and the business of running a medical spa. Pricing depends on scope and length and is given on inquiry.

The practice aims to offer personalized aesthetic care that supports natural-looking results.
