Accent Aesthetics was co-founded in 2017 by Ramie Pillette, Dr. Kathleen Sawada and Dr. Stephen Huang. The team works in collaboration with the physicians at Accent Dermatology and includes licensed Colorado aestheticians and a registered nurse.

About

The menu covers facial services such as microneedling, INTRAcel RF microneedling, Aquagold Fine Touch, HydraFacial MD, chemical peels, and Jett Plasma Lift; injectables including wrinkle reducers, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra and platelet rich fibrin; laser treatments such as ADVATx, Pearl Laser Resurfacing and SkynFx CO2; sclerotherapy and laser vein treatment; and wellness services for hormone replacement and peptide therapy. A Wellness Consultation for HRT or GLP-1 costs $250 and includes initial comprehensive labs and a 30-minute provider consultation. Hormone and peptide therapy requires lab work from within the last six months, which can be ordered through LabCorp if needed, and plans may include testosterone, estrogen and progesterone, with ongoing monitoring.

Most visits begin with a consultation. An aesthetic consultation ($100) covers non-injectable treatments such as skin care plans, microneedling and lasers, while an injectables consultation covers treatments such as botox, filler, PRF and HDR. The $100 fee is collected at the consultation with the aesthetician, doctor or physician assistant, and a procedure booked within three months of that consultation receives a $100 discount on the service.

Hours are Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 4pm, closed on weekends. Call (720) 420-4090 to book; some services cannot be booked online, and booking a few weeks ahead is recommended. Payment is due at the time of service by cash or major credit card. Services are elective, so medical insurance cannot be billed. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or change without a $50 fee.
