Rene’ owns the salon and has run the Expose’ salons for more than ten years, drawing on over 25 years in the beauty industry. The salon aims to give busy adults a break from daily demands and to have its stylists make a visible difference in how clients look.

The salon works on an a la carte, commission-based model, so each service is booked and priced on its own. Hair prices are listed as base prices, and the time and cost of a service can vary by stylist and by client, depending on hair density and style complexity. Complimentary consultations are available when clients want more specific pricing, and a consultation is required for color correction and hair extensions. Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the reserved service amount. Retail product returns are accepted for store credit only, applied to future retail purchases. Children are welcome in the salon area only while receiving a service, and children under 12 may not accompany a guest during a service unless they wait in the waiting area. Ear piercing is limited to the first and second lobes, is for clients over eight who are accompanied by a parent, and includes one set of earrings, with solution sold separately.
