The practice takes a functional medicine approach aimed at finding the root cause of health imbalances rather than only addressing symptoms. That work can include in-depth blood work, testing of other body matter, customized diets, stress management, and nutraceuticals or medications. Care areas include digestive issues, women's and men's health, thyroid and adrenal health, gastrointestinal, metabolic, immune and autoimmune concerns, bioidentical hormone replacement for menopause and other hormone imbalances, weight loss therapy and detoxification.

The IV menu runs from a Refresh Drip listed at $169 to a NAD+ infusion starting at $359, and includes blends such as the Myers Cocktail, a Migraine Relief Drip, a Performance and Recovery Drip and a Beauty Bomb infusion. There is also an immune-support protocol for people acutely ill with COVID, flu or gastroenteritis. Ketorolac, ondansetron and famotidine can be added, and extra saline or Lactated Ringer's, glutathione, NAC and zinc are recommended add-ons. Because cost depends on the cocktail and add-ons, a consultation is advised beforehand, and a Patient Coordinator provides a cost breakdown. An infusion takes about 30 to 60 minutes once the solution is inserted.

Visits start at 30 minutes and can run to 90. Pay-per-visit rates are $250 for a 30-minute visit with Dr. Kalika and $450 for 60 minutes, and $75 or $100 for 30- or 60-minute health coach visits. A Discovery Phase costs $900 and includes two 60-minute physician visits and a health coach visit. The Absoulute Care membership is listed at $1,300 before discount for a full year, with five 30-minute physician visits, five 30-minute health coach visits, email with clinical staff for questions and minor issues, and 10% off one aesthetic procedure per year. All services are out of network. Insurance can be used only for blood work and, depending on coverage, prescribed medications. Medicaid and Medicare are not accepted, and fees are due before the visit.

Skin rejuvenation starts with a personalized consultation with Dr. Kalika to build a treatment plan. Options include BroadBand Light therapy, a non-invasive treatment for pigmented areas and redness or broken capillaries, performed with the BBL Hero device by Sciton; chemical peels; HydraFacial; laser acne treatment; a laser for brown and red spots, which typically takes 30 to 45 minutes and is priced by quote; laser hair removal; microneedling and RF microneedling; a Nefertiti neck lift; a PRP facelift; PRP salmon DNA treatment; and preventative skincare. After the laser for brown and red spots, patients are advised to avoid direct sun for several days, wear daily sunscreen and skip harsh products until healed. Cosmetic injectables include Botox and wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, lip fillers, chin and jawline filler and Botox for neckbands.
