Newcomers can start with a 15-minute lash consultation for $5, designed for people who have never had lashes. The full-set menu includes a Sweetie set that fills about 80% of natural lashes for a mascara-plus look, classic single extensions, British Volume sets using YY lash extensions, hybrid sets that pair classic extensions with hand-made fans of thinner lashes, and volume sets where a customizable fan of thinner lashes is applied to each natural lash.

For clients who want to keep their natural lashes but add curl and darker color, a lash lift and tint takes about an hour and curls natural lashes from the root while tinting them, with no extensions. Results last about 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly natural lashes shed. Tint alone is also available. Existing extensions can be removed with a removal cream applied at the lash base to dissolve adhesive; the salon describes this as the best way to remove extensions without damaging natural lashes.
