Acupuncture is the spa's core offering. Each person is assessed individually, and treatment is shaped to that assessment instead of following a standard routine. Acupuncture is folded into a wider wellness plan. The spa states that acupuncture does not cure allergies. Beyond standard needling, the practice provides dry needling, which blends Western myofascial trigger-point methods with acupuncture, cupping and acupoint injection therapy, known as Bio-puncture. Chinese herbal and homeopathic formulas can be used alongside treatment. A first acupuncture session is priced at $110 and a second visit at $95.

MagnaPuncture is the business's own acupuncture technology. The device places one to four applicator pads on meridians alongside standard acupuncture needles, and it combines magnetic fields, synchronized LED light and audible sound, which can run at the same time. The business describes it as a blend of ancient Eastern medicine and modern technology and calls the service exclusive to this spa. A United States patent was granted in 2022 after more than 15 years of research and prototype testing with clients. MagnaPuncture FUSION pairs the device with massage in a 75-minute session for $150. Follow-up MagnaPuncture-inclusive acupuncture sessions are $125 each, or $325 for three.

Skin care uses Image Skin Care professional-line products, which the business describes as pharmaceutical grade. Options include a customized deep pore facial for $95 for about an hour, or $150 for a version that adds a chemical peel, Celluma light therapy or microdermabrasion. HydraFacial Signature is $189, HydraFacial Deluxe is $259, a Vitamin C peel with facial is $145 for 60 minutes, and an Image O2 Lift is $140. Chemical peels include wrinkle, acne, lactic/kojic lightening and Ormedic options. Massage includes Swedish, deep tissue with trigger point release, and Bio-Electric DDS (Massagio Galvanico) massage, which the business says aims to improve tissue signaling and circulation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance carry a $35 fee, and same-day cancellations are charged the full session price. Gift cards are sold from $25 to $200 and do not expire. Spa Finder and Spa Wellness cards cannot be used toward specials.

Acupuncture is individualized, with each patient receiving a personal evaluation and acupuncture offered as part of a wellness plan rather than as a cure for specific conditions.
