Services are by appointment only, and clients need an online profile on the booking site. New clients complete online consent forms before their first visit, and consent forms for waxing, lash lifts, dermaplaning and henna brow tinting are filled out before the visit. Clients receive a reminder and a request to confirm 24 hours ahead. Minors under 18 may not be waxed without a parent or guardian who signs the form and stays present for every appointment, and female intimate waxing is not offered to anyone under 16. Male intimate waxing is for clients 18 and older. Children and guests are welcome but must remain seated throughout.

For waxing, the business asks clients to grow hair to about a quarter inch, roughly three to four weeks out, and to avoid shaving between appointments. Clients are advised to avoid caffeine, alcohol and marijuana beforehand, and to skip sun, hot baths, saunas, swimming and exercise for 24 hours afterward. Waxing is not recommended for clients using Retin-A, Renova, Differin or Accutane, according to the website. Waxing visits run about 15 to 30 minutes depending on the area, and the website says results typically last around a month as hair grows back finer.

Facial menu includes the Absolute Facial, the Absolute Youth Facial and the Absolute Clearing Facial, each booked as a one-hour service, with facial add-ons also available. The Youth Facial adds microcurrent therapy, while the Clearing Facial adds high frequency and an acne spot treatment. The Vajacial is a treatment for the vulva and bikini area that includes cleansing, dry brush exfoliation, a mud mask, extractions, high frequency and a HydroJelly mask with FUR Ingrown Concentrate, offered to help with ingrown hairs, irritation, exfoliation and hyperpigmentation.

Policies: a cancellation or reschedule must be made by text at least six hours ahead, and services to be removed from a booking need the same notice. Appointments delayed more than five minutes are treated as no-shows and must be rebooked, and a no-show or late cancellation carries a charge of 50% of scheduled services to the card on file. A declined card leads to an emailed or texted invoice that must be paid before the next visit, and multiple no-shows mean future services require a 50% deposit. Prices are subject to change without notice. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 1 to 6 pm, Friday 11 am to 6 pm and Saturday 11 am to 4 pm, closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
