Clients book online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Most services require a $50 deposit at booking, a brow consultation requires $10, and the Korean lash lift and tint requires $30. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a late cancellation or reschedule forfeits the deposit. After two no-shows, future appointments require a non-refundable deposit of the full amount.
The brow menu includes a 30-minute consultation, a 90-minute touch up booked four to eight weeks after a brow service, a 120-minute yearly touch up, and a brow correction that runs 120 minutes and starts at $350. Longer options include the nano hairstroke brows, a 180-minute service, and the ombre brow, a 120-minute service.
The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
