Each client is given an individualized plan. New clients can book a consultation in person or virtually; the consult fee of $50 is applied toward product purchases of $250 or more, and a $60 retainer paid within 24 hours of booking is applied toward the cost of service. The space is calm and relaxing, with a focus on comfort and education.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute-plus Express Facial and Express Chemical Peel to a 55-minute-plus ABR Custom Facial with a double steam cleanse, mild exfoliation, extractions as needed, a custom mask and a neck and shoulder massage. Other options include ABR Custom plus Light Chemical Peel, ABR Glow and Go HydraFacial, ABR Boosted HydraFacial with LED light therapy, the Glowpin stamping treatment, an oxygen facial, a Teen Facial, the Perfect Derma Peel and the Glass Facial. Some treatments have prerequisites: the Glowpin requires an approved home care regimen, the Perfect Derma Peel requires a consult and a home care regimen of at least six weeks, and the Glass Facial is for current clients only.

Beyond facials, the studio offers Face Reality Acne Bootcamp for teens and adults with ongoing or recurring acne, SkinPen microneedling, MOXI laser and BBL HEROic light treatments, and Forever Bare BBL laser hair removal. Waxing covers the nose, lip, cheeks, sideburns, chin, underarms, bikini, lower legs and full Brazilian, and brow and lash services include brow tint, brow lamination, lash lifts and lash tint. Monthly Essential and Luxe memberships come with a six-month minimum commitment. Professional-grade skincare is sold through the website shop, and gift cards are available. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday by appointment only; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday.
