About Faces was opened by owner Stacey Littlejohn with the aim of helping women and men work toward healthy skin. The studio offers a range of facials, from a 30-minute express facial to a full custom session, along with body-adjacent and hand treatments as add-ons.

Each custom facial is shaped around the skin's needs on the day of the visit rather than following a fixed routine. Treatments use cosmeceutical products from the Rhonda Allison skincare line, and the products used in treatments can be bought for home use. The studio describes its setting as relaxing and built around guest comfort.

Signature offerings include microdermabrasion, a non-invasive treatment that removes dead skin cells, and radio frequency facials, which are described as non-invasive treatments that support collagen and elastin production. Facial cupping and LED light are also part of the menu, alongside dermaplaning, which removes the top layer of skin to smooth the surface. Packages spread these treatments across several months, and a bridal package pairs monthly facials with a complimentary back facial in the wedding month.
