Visits begin with a free consultation. The doctors build extra time into appointments to put together a treatment plan suited to each patient, and clients see the doctor directly, since the practice has no office or ancillary staff. Hours are by appointment, and booking is done by calling or texting the practice.

The menu centers on neuromodulators, including Botox, Jeuveau and Daxxify, and a range of dermal fillers from the Juvéderm family, RHA, Evolysse, SkinVive, Volbella, REDENSITY, Voluma and Volux. A Botox visit generally takes 30 to 45 minutes. A filler visit generally takes one to two hours, and treating two or more areas usually takes 90 to 120 minutes.

The practice aims for subtle, natural-looking results that give a more youthful appearance. After filler treatment, clients receive a sample of vitamin K cream, and Dermablend Quick-Fix Concealer is sold at the practice at cost. CareCredit is accepted for treatment costs of $200 or more, with payment spread over six months and no interest.
