Lived-in color sessions start at $250, with maintenance from $180 and express maintenance from $145 for a few brightening pieces around the face and part. Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. The stylist can be reached by text Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and responses to messages may take up to 48 hours. A valid credit card is kept on file to reserve, but is not charged at booking. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged 100%. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may be charged a late fee or have the appointment rescheduled, where a no-show fee applies. Service concerns must be raised within 7 days, and refunds are not offered, though small adjustments may be made.
