The menu is built around threading. Single areas include the brows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, forehead and sideburns, and they can be combined into brow and lip, brow, lip and chin, or full face sessions. Brow threading can also be booked for two people at once, and brow tinting can be added to threading or booked on its own. Lash dye is offered as well.
During threading, clients hold the skin taut, with one hand on the eyelid and the other on the forehead. Aloe gel or lotion is applied afterward to soothe any irritation. For the first 24 hours, the shop advises avoiding direct sun, steam and chlorinated water. Threading every two to four weeks is recommended to keep up the shape.
Walk-ins are sometimes accepted when there is availability, but booking ahead is recommended to get a preferred time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook, and cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice. A $25 deposit may be requested before rebooking after a no-show. Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash and card are accepted.
The focus is on a relaxing visit and results that leave clients feeling good about how they look.
