The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on weekends. Sets are done in solid color by default, so nail art is added as a separate tier. Some services ask for a deposit: $30 for an acrylic full set, $15 for builder gel, a Russian gel manicure or an XL Gel-X set. After-hours appointments carry an extra fee.

Nail art is priced in four tiers. Tier 1 covers simple linework, small designs and minimal art. Tier 2 covers simple patterns, soft gradients, floral accents or light embellishments on two to four nails per hand. Tier 3 covers hand-painted designs, bold patterns, 3-D elements and detailed artwork across multiple or all nails, at any length or shape. Tier 4 is a higher-level add-on that takes about 70 minutes. The portfolio includes XL Gel-X sets with hand-painted designs.

Cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee if the appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

Each set is tailored to the client, and the studio aims for appointments that feel relaxed and personal.
