The salon describes its space as clean, calm and welcoming. Walk-ins are welcome, and it is open Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM.
Waxing is done with hard wax applied directly to the skin rather than paper or cloth strips. Services are grouped for women and men across face, upper body and lower body, and there are packages for both. Women's services range from a short upper lip or chin visit to full legs and full-body waxing, and men's services include facial shaping, chest and back, and full legs or full body.
Before a visit, clients are advised to avoid alcohol-based, acidic or abrasive defoliating products for three days. Afterward, the salon suggests waiting at least 24 hours before going to the beach, using high-SPF sunblock and a hat after facial waxing, and waiting three days before using a luffa or defoliating products again. Clients with a skin rash or irritation are asked not to wax and to see a dermatologist. Pregnant clients may be waxed.
The salon sells its wax by the kilo, in amounts from one kilo up to large orders with notice, and plans to add its own natural cosmetic and skincare products. Used wax is not recycled; waste is handled through one bin per room and taken to an outdoor dumpster daily.
