The menu covers haircuts for adults and children, single process and dimensional color, all-over color, grey coverage and brightening touch-ups, deep conditioning masks and blowouts. Dimensional services include a gloss, and color booked without a haircut can add a blow dry for an extra $40. Haircut prices are the same regardless of gender.

Appointments are booked online only, up to 8 weeks in advance. Changes need 24 hours' notice; late changes are charged 50% of the service cost and no-shows are charged the full cost. A card is kept on file at booking and is only charged once the service is complete. The salon is cashless and accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay and salon gift cards.

The salon uses and sells Davines hair care and hair color, a line the brand describes as sustainable and free of sulfates, parabens and waxes. Adult clients can also choose a silent appointment, which includes a consultation, shampoo and blow dry in a quiet setting.

The salon is open Monday through Friday with varied hours, and is closed on weekends. Salon services are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit; clients unhappy with their hair can email within two weeks of the service to request an adjustment.
