Braid services cover feed-in braids, which are finished at the back of the head rather than as a braided ponytail, along with feed-in braid ponytails, knotless box braids, box braids and Tribal Fulani braids. Beads can be added to any braid style, and crochet styles are available if the client brings their own hair. Loc services include loc start options with no added hair, maintenance with a palm roll or interloc retwist, color for locs, detox baths, repair for thinning or detached locs, and modifications such as extensions, reattachment, pruning and combining.

The Holistic Hair Restoration treatment is the salon's scalp-focused service. It includes a detox mask, deep conditioning, scalp micro needling, an infrared scalp treatment and a simple natural braid style, and it can be followed by a maintenance visit every two weeks to once a month. A paid consultation is offered first for clients who want help choosing a style or want their thinning hair assessed before styling.

A card is kept on file without charge at booking, and payment is taken after the service. Crown Care Collective, a community initiative run by the business, provides hair care for foster and adoptive youth through salon visits, agency workshops, community events, school partnerships and sponsored service days.
