The menu is organized by style and timing. Classic, hybrid, wispy and volume sets are offered as full sets, as two- and three-week fills, and as one-week touch-ups. Set lengths for hybrid sets run from 10mm to 20mm, and volume sets from 8mm to 20mm. Named signature sets, including the MegaMill, A milli and Leo sets, come with added items such as an aftercare kit, lash growth serum or bottom lashes, depending on the set.
Monthly subscriptions bundle a full set with infills, touch-ups, free bottom lashes and a lash bath at each visit, for clients who want to keep their lashes on a regular schedule. Weekly infill subscriptions cover four infills over one month and do not carry over.
The salon also teaches. A full five-hour course covers classic, hybrid and volume techniques and requires a model. A beginners course introduces the fundamentals of one-to-one lashing. A two-day course covers body sculpting and eye lashes, and refresher classes focus on speed and technique for certified lash technicians.
Booking requires a valid credit card. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and to come in five to ten minutes early. A full set needs at least an hour, and re-lash appointments need at least thirty minutes.
Sets are sorted by coverage and timing, so a client can book a full set, a fill or a touch-up depending on how many lashes remain.
