The menu centers on manicures and pedicures. Essential versions include filing and shaping, a Himalayan pink salt soak, cuticle conditioning, an organic lotion massage, and a choice of Zoya 10-free polish or a shiny buff. Gel versions use gel polish in place of that choice. The Lavender Spa services add a warm lavender-infused soak, a lavender sea salt scrub, and a massage with organic body buttercream. Pedicures include callus removal without harsh chemicals, and the lavender pedicure adds filing with a professional foot file.
Add-ons include gel removal, French tip, chrome and ombre finishes, nail art priced per nail, nail repair per nail, and color changes for hands or feet. Express manicures and pedicures and soak-off gel services are also available, and there are reduced-price manicures and pedicures for children under 10.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, though booking ahead is recommended. A valid credit card on file secures every appointment, and groups of three or more pay a 50% deposit to confirm. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead carry no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service total, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 100%. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment, so the full service price still applies. Happy hour runs Monday to Wednesday from 10:30am to 4pm, and the salon notes prices may change without notice.
The salon guarantees service-related issues for 3 days after regular polish services and 7 days after gel and extension services. The guarantee excludes accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and improper aftercare. Gift cards are available as eGift cards delivered instantly by email or as physical cards in store at either location, and gift cards do not expire.
The salon takes a natural nail care approach, using organic lotions and body buttercream along with Himalayan pink salt and lavender-infused soaks in its services.
