A haircut with blowout includes a shampoo and conditioning, a precision cut and a professional blowout, and takes about an hour and a half. A blowout alone takes about an hour and can be finished in a bouncy, straight or voluminous style.

For grey coverage, the root touch-up uses solid hair color on the roots and is finished with a blowout. Allow about two hours. Clients who wear extensions should choose the extension add-on when booking, which adds about fifteen minutes so the stylist can allow for it.

The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bookings are made through the studio's Square booking page.

Appointments have a 15-minute grace period. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged half the scheduled services. Arriving 15 or more minutes late is treated as a missed appointment and charged at half the services, while missing one without notice means paying for the full services. All services are final, and clients with a concern are asked to email the studio rather than receive a refund. Paying with the card on file instead of presenting the card at the visit adds a 3% fee.
