A Virtuous Salon

A Virtuous Salon describes its mission as providing high-quality service in an intimate, friendly setting. The salon calls its service the best available, a claim it makes about itself, and says it is not about intimidation or overpriced style. Many clients have been coming since the salon opened, and the salon describes them as loyal.

The creative team works to fit current trends to each client rather than following fashion alone. The team regularly attends conferences around the world for advanced training in styling techniques.

Hair services include highlights, low lights, color correction, foil or cap color, and the Brazilian Blowout treatment. Nail services cover shellac nails, acrylic nails and pedicures. Massage therapy includes sport massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and Kinesio taping, which the salon describes as a way to support muscles and joints without limiting range of motion while supporting the body's own healing. Waxing is also offered.

Clients are asked to arrive on time. If a client arrives 15 or more minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase, and a certificate is treated as used if a scheduled appointment is not cancelled with 24 hours' notice.

The creative team personalizes current trends for each client, and the salon says it is focused on personal service rather than intimidation or high prices.

The salon describes its setting as intimate, friendly and classy.
