The stylists work together on color formulas and cut strategies and share formulas with one another. The aim is that a client gets the same result whichever stylist they sit with, and if a usual stylist is unavailable, clients may book with any stylist. Visits include complimentary refreshments such as local beer, red and white wine, soft drinks, coffee and snacks.

Chemical services cover base color with or without a blowout, highlighting and balayage in partial or full versions, touch-ups, a halo hairline service, corrective color billed by the hour, and a color refresh for in-between appointments. A True Blowout is included with every chemical service, and a customized color formula covers up to one inch of new growth. Other services include blowouts, a Brazillion Blowout, chemical curls, haircuts for women, men and children, brow, lash and lip tinting, and waxing of the brow, lip and chin.

Booking requires a credit card on file for all new clients and for any service totaling over $200. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice. A no-call or no-show reservation is charged a minimum of $50, and clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule. Extra charges apply to very long or thick hair for texture services. Prices quoted are the salon's listed prices.
