The menu is organized into several groups. Advanced Retreats include hydrating and exfoliating facials, a microdermabrasion treatment, a dermaplaning facial and a back treatment. Corrective Retreats are facials aimed at acne-prone skin, firmness and fine lines. Signature Rituals are full facials at two price points, and Retreat Enhancements are shorter add-ons for the face, eyes, neck, shoulders and scalp.

Clients can also book brow and lash tinting and a range of waxing services for brows, upper lip, chin, nose and underarms. Gift cards can be bought electronically on the website, and the balance of an existing gift card can be checked there too.

The business is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
