New hair clients are booked for a complimentary 15-minute consultation with no obligation. For chemical services, clients are asked to arrive with clean hair and to avoid vigorously scrubbing the scalp beforehand, especially before a color application or if the scalp is sensitive. For formal styling, clients should arrive with clean, dry hair that has not been flat ironed.

The signature blowout is the salon's specialty, and the three blowout levels run from brush-styled finishes to curly finishes or flat iron smoothing. Hair services use customized Redken formulations. Make-up services range from everyday application to airbrush make-up for special events, bridal make-up quoted by email with a trial and consultation, and custom make-up lessons that begin with the client's own products.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a no-call, no-show reservation is charged the full price of the services and time reserved. The salon does not offer refunds on services but will make corrections within 7 days of the original service. Service changes may be requested within 3 days of the appointment, and an extra service needed to reach the desired look is charged at full price. The salon accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards.

The salon says it uses only professional personal care products and shows clients how to use them at home.
