Before an appointment, clients complete an application that asks for current photos of the front, back and side of their hair, plus photos showing the color and length they have in mind. The salon then arranges a consultation. The method uses beads and thread rather than heat, glue or tape, and the beads sit at the base of the client's section instead of on the scalp. Extensions can be worn with straight hair when the layers are long enough and enough hair and rows are added to blend. According to the salon, a properly installed set should not cause pain, though it may feel snug at first, and hair grows longer and healthier than with other extension methods.

Crowns and toppers are offered for thinning or hair loss on top of the head, in semi-permanent or temporary versions, customized for each client. The menu also includes women's haircuts, color, highlights and balayage, wig cutting and styling, and two keratin treatments. According to the salon, keratin smoothing reduces frizz, repairs damage and leaves hair softer and shinier.

New extension clients receive a take-home kit with a wet brush, travel-size products, a silk scrunchie and at-home care instructions. A first-time install is priced from $1,200 to $1,500 for 18-inch length, and most first-time clients can expect $1,750 to $2,200 for 22-inch length, with longer lengths available. Maintenance visits range from $200 to $625 and include removal, refreshing the extension color and reinstallation. Returning clients typically move up their extensions every 8 to 10 weeks, and extension hair is replaced every 9 to 12 months.

Non-refundable deposits are taken before booking and deducted from the total. Extension prices may vary per client, and no-shows are charged the full amount of the booked service. Cancellations within 48 hours require half the service amount to reschedule. The salon also offers one-on-one coaching with the owner on running day-to-day salon operations on Mondays and Fridays, with hourly sessions at $125, a half-day shadow at $500 and a full-day shadow at $1,000. Coaching fees are paid in advance, are non-refundable and do not expire.
