Eyelash extensions are the main focus. Full sets come in Classic Mink, Wet, Airy Wispy, Hybrid, 3D, 6D and 9D styles. Pricing depends on the stylist's level, with Junior, Senior and Master tiers. The studio names Airy Wispy as its signature style, built from delicate layers with lightweight volume. Existing clients can book refills in one to four week windows, and people coming from another salon can have their extensions refilled or repaired here.

Lash lifts and tints use premium lifting kits, with Korean lash lift and tint customized to each client's lash length, growth direction and desired curl. The studio describes the result as low-maintenance, without daily curling. Brow shaping, tinting and lamination are offered at both locations, and head spa options at Redmond include a Deep Clean and a Pressure Relief session.
