The nail menu is broad. It includes dipping powder, acrylic fills and tips, Gel-X extensions and UV gel and builder gel services, with color options for most. Extensions come in a square shape by default, and other shapes add $5. Regular and gel manicures sit at the lower end, a Spa Manicure is $35, and spa pedicures run from the Jelly Spa Pedicure at $35 up to the Volcano Luxury CBD Spa Pedicure at $88, with separate add-ons such as jelly soaking, callus removal and gel color.

Beyond nails, the salon offers three facials priced by length (30 minutes at $45, 45 minutes at $65 and 60 minutes at $85), three lash extension styles from classic at $35 to hybrid 5D soft mink at $120, a waxing menu from brows and lips to full legs, and kids' manicures and pedicures.

Before a visit, clients can use the online Color Studio to try colors and shapes. They may bring a reference photo or a saved Color Studio look, and should talk through shape, finish and design with their nail artist before the service starts. Custom designs and any removal needs are also best raised at that point. Clients with a past reaction to gel or acrylic products are asked to mention it before their service. The salon uses Aprés Gel Couleur, which it describes as made without HEMA and TPO according to the manufacturer's HEMA-free and TPO-free collection. It uses CND BRISA Sculpting Gel for overlays and extensions, and does not present the whole BRISA range as TPO-free, since the product profile lists TPO.

The salon works from a philosophy it calls A+, centred on attention to detail, respect for personal style and aiming for a higher standard. The salon presents this as a brand philosophy, not a third-party certification.
