The menu covers a wide range of work. Massage options run from Swedish, deep tissue and signature massage to prenatal massage, cupping, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Reiki and a couples suite for two guests. The facial menu extends from a quick express facial through microdermabrasion, LED-based facials, a microcurrent lift and BioNeedling, with Lumifusion listed as an advanced service. Waxing and sugaring are offered for facial and body hair, and head spa, men's facial and pedicure services are also on the menu. Many prices are listed as starting amounts.

Appointments are booked by phone, and calling a day ahead is recommended. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and a credit card is needed to hold a booking. Day packages combine a sauna session, a Swedish massage, a signature facial and, in two of the three, a guided meditation or a body treatment, over roughly two and a half to four hours.

Acupuncture is offered at the Southington location and is described as supporting relaxation, pain management and overall wellness. A first visit runs 60 minutes and includes a health history consultation, pulse diagnosis and tongue exam, with a first session of about 30 minutes; follow-up visits run 45 minutes.

Staff build personalized treatment plans after a one-on-one consultation. Team members are encouraged to offer the services they are most passionate about.
